Over 30 MB per file will not go through. For a long scan, splitting it helps.
It cannot be read as the thing its extension claims. Usually an interrupted download or a half-written scan.
Other cases
This is not a refusal. Vaultivo recognises that this exact file is already filed with you, does not process it again, and puts it straight in front of you for review. What happens to it is your decision.
Then none has been generated for your business. You create it in Settings under Email; after that it sits there with a button to copy it.
Then a required field is missing — document type, number, business partner, date, amount or currency. Whatever Vaultivo could not read with confidence is left blank and waits for you.
