Included
Processing a document costs nothing extra. It is inside the intake rate.
Every file is scanned. Not a separate line.
Straight out of PDFs, and out of scanned pages by image recognition. Neither carries a surcharge.
Recognising the document type, number, date, amount and business partner costs nothing on top.
The database, the extracted text and the compute behind them are not counted separately either. There are only the rates above.
When a document counts
The intake rate is not charged on upload. It is charged when a document is taken into the archive — which is after you confirm it.
A document you never confirm is never charged. Not even once it has been scanned and read.
The rate falls in the month the document is taken in, and never again. What costs you monthly is the storage.
Storage
Once a day, how much your archive occupies is recorded. The storage line follows that — it grows with what you hold, not with a plan you picked.
Below a megabyte, nothing is charged for that day.
The first 14 days
No payment method at signup, no setup fee.
You give no payment method when you sign up. None is asked for in order to start.
During the trial no line is invoiced — not the base fee, not intake, not storage.
After that it runs month to month for as long as you want it. No commitment, no notice period beyond the month.
